肩こり解消

茅ヶ崎の美容整体・パーソナルトレーナーたつきです。

脚の筋肉痛がいい感じにひどいです・・（笑）

こりゃ走れないな・・。


当店のパーソナルトレーニングはシェイプアップ目的の方が大半ですが、大半の方が慢性的な肩こりに悩まされています。

肩こり解消が目的でトレーニングをしている訳ではありませんが、気付いたら「肩こりがなくなっていた」という方がほとんどです。

体幹を中心に手脚（股関節・肩甲骨周囲）をよく動かしていくことで、自然に解消していくんですね。
