茅ヶ崎でダイエット、パーソナルトレーニングを行うフレイバです。

今日で８月が終わります。

今年の夏は雨が多かったですね。昨年同様キャンプでも雨に降られました..

それもアウトドアなのでそれなりに楽しみましたけどね。無理やり川で泳ぎましたし（笑）
